Comprised of former internal recruiters, we bring a true partnership approach to our work. From our contract structure, strategic approach, reporting, and talent delivery - our core is built on trust and transparency to provide the best to our clients.

How do contracts work?

Being former internal recruiters ourselves, we were tired of the percentage-based fees and contracts that prioritize dates over performance that populate the agency recruitment world. Instead, we offer a flat-fee structure with a performance-based payout structure.

How does your recruitment process work?

We start with an in-depth intake process that gives us more insight into your organization and the key experience you’re looking for in a hire. From there we do a calibration exercise to align on the exact archetype of candidate that would make a successful hire. With deep research and customized outreach, we build a pipeline of qualified candidates for consideration and have a white-gloved approach to managing candidate relationships until the placement is made.

Am I tied to your process?

No, we tailor our approach to what works best for you and your team. That said, we have proven methodologies that yield the best results, and we will advise you accordingly. Have a preferred communication channel outside of email (Slack/Discord/Teams/Etc.)?  No problem. Do you need us to create a framework to streamline interview feedback from your team? Done. Do you want to skip the lengthy candidate paperwork and just receive a resume and high-level bullets? No problem, we’re adaptable and will work with your team to get the job done.
